Mensagem:  Se eu posso usar "I was born on February 28th", pq eu não posso usar "I was born on 28th February"? Porque devia ser I was born on February, THE 28th. E a pronúncia quando não estiver especificado o número ordinal? A pronúncia ainda é como se estivesse um número ordinal? Quando há 'th' tem que pronunciar. I was born on February 28. "February twenty-eighth"? O que diria em Portugues? Nasci em fevereiro, (dia ) 28 =OK Nasci no vigesimo oitava (dia) de Fevereiro. Veja a diferença entre em e no. Seria portanto: February, the 28 th.
