| Mensagem: | Dear Pat I always thought that there was a relation between rugby and American football (for I prefer to use the standard BrE I will call it American football) but I didn't know that rugby was also British. And people say that Britons love cricket, well...culture is culture but I didn't know either the origin of baseball Please tell me something, isn't voleyball also 100% American? Basketball is nice but in my opinion football (soccer) is the best and I do believe if things were taken more seriously our Campeonato Brasileiro would be as important as the NBA. However, as we have Ricardo Teixeira, Eurico Miranda and other "great" and "honourable" directors of our favourite sport in command...well, hope in future things get better. José Roberto. |
