Feel free to borrow it anytime.

You can borrow it if you'd like.

If you want to wear it, you may.

P1 - That's a really nice blouse/shirt you are weariing. [alt: ... shirt that you have on]

P2 - Do you really like it? You can wear it if you want. Just return it when you're through.
