How can I say...'uma pessoa acomodada'??..

You know..the kind of person who makes no effort to get ahead, no ambition....things are just fine the way they are...??

And I'd also like to know if there's a word for 'mordomia'...I've found  'perk'...but it seems to have to do with job..something you receive as well as your wages...it's not this kind of thing I'm talking about...

I'm referring to what we say ..' na boa'..'no maior conforto'....

would 'comfort' be the only word in this case??
