I did a Google on this, and I don't recall finding anything about it that wasn't written in Portuguese.  It sounds like a product name to me. 

 

"I want to have my windows tinted" sounds correct. 

 

By the way, at least in California, it's illegal to tint ANYTHING from the front seat forward:  no side windows (except for those behind the front seat), and no windshields.  I had thought that this was to improve the vision of the driver, but later I learned that the no-tint law was to permit police officers to see better what was inside the car when approaching on foot.  The fear was that a driver or his passenger could be armed, and the weapon would not be seen from outside the car.  (Well, how about armed passengers in the rearseat?)
