And the fact that my sarcastic remarks caused you to preen your pompous feathers still further speaks volumes about your possible usefulness as a professor. I wouldn't describe our vapid intellectual bickering as "battling". It were as well to avoid the tendency to dramatize everything one does. Do you really think it is so easy to change the mindset of people? After years and years of closely examining real life and real people, and reading untold volumes - I'm not likely to get a new ideology from a few hastily typed conversations with a college slacker. The fact that our basic ideology is similar was a pre-existing condition. That you are a little smarter than some of your co-slackers ought to give you a sense of duty rather than this ridiculous arrogance. Perhaps that will come with time. By the way, of course I knew you don't believe in ex-patriation of American blacks. No one with a brain could - just another absurd conversation piece. One other thing - there exist far more "white" wage slaves in this country than "black" ones. Economic oppression knows no color. |
