| Mensagem: | Yeah! you're right! but you know what I mean. People fight in order to show what's the best language and so on. I tell you what, I'm an english teacher and sometimes people disagree with my choice of occupation . They say I respect more the american culture than brazilian one. Only because I love english. Is it wrong? No. I love portuguese too.I love my country in spite of my occupation. This is ridiculous.I understand that the USA is the most powerful country in the world and It's hated by millions of people.But I try to figure out the good things they bring us. Every place has negative and positive points. I talked about Lula and I respect him a lot. He's the president! But he should advice people to learn languages : english, spanish etc. This is culture to the people.It's not wasting time.Americans need to learn foreign languages too. Learning a language is a mean of communication! sorry I talked so much ! We're paying a translator to lula but if he wishes he can afford it! Regards carmen |
