"have you eaten yet"? (ha comida?) "have you eaten still?" sounds very strange, and probably not be understood. In fact, one could leave off the 'yet' or 'still' in a context like that quite safely.

In some cases they are intercchangeable: "I don't yet know" and "I still don't know" are the same.

And of course, 'still' has a seperate meaning of 'motionless'.
