That's the price of cheating! for what I could understand in this sentence This being Ireland and me being Irish I should get the job! ,means Isso aqui é a Irlanda , e eu sou irlândes e eu deveria ficar com o emprego . 1- Por que se usou o verbo being em vez de is :This is Ireland ? 2-me being Irish não seria I'm Irish ? 3- Eu suponho que tem haver pelo fato de quem estar falando ser irlandes. e seja uma maneira de se falar lá ou está gramaticalmente correto mesmo ? |
