I think it's in Sweden that truck drivers can't drive drunken. Nota bene, not "mayn't drive" drunken. They can't because the truck won't start. The key doesn't start it, it only starts the breathalyser. If the driver is drunk and fails the test the truck won't start. Put that in every car and there's no need to answer your question. :) Breathalysers aren't expensive, even the Brazilian Police have'em. |
