Hello there, I have a question for everybody.
Which sentence would you say ?
1- If I had been in Brazil I wouldn´t have done that
or
2- If I were in Brazil I wouldn´t have done that.
Which one is correct and why? If we follow the rules number 1 is correct but it sounds strange to me, why so? Could anybody say something about the 2 sentences and which one is correct? Thanks folks.
