Just one more doubt : my intention is to say that all  schools of public sector in my state use reading as the main skill . when it is written " As a teacher in a  public sector school where reading was chosen as the main skill, teaching effective reading is my primary responsibility.”  I understood that it is limited to one school that I teach , and actually I teach in two different public sector schools (a state school and a municipality  school ). If I took  the article “a” would it be more general ? “As a teacher of public sector schools......."
