"Full service" is fine. The term is commonly used and understood by all. Fewer and fewer stations are full service today.
I was surprised to learn that in Oregon it's ILLEGAL for a motorist to put gasoline into his tank. He must let an attendant do it.
By the way, in slang we call an attendant "a gas jockey" and a mechanic is "a grease monkey".
