Carlos, You can only use the adverb either to agree with a negative statement: - I don't like hot-dog. - Me either. / Neither do I. Bear in mind that neither do I is more frequently heard. Me either is more common in informal American English. Therefore, the dialog below is considered wrong concerning the usage of either: - I like hot-dog. - Me either.
