Thank you so much Marcio, for your friendly advice.  I am trying to keep away from them, you bet.

========================

   This days in here odd things are happening.  I ruined one wrist-watch at work, when I worked with a machine and at the same time I scratched my hand (but fortunately, nothing grave then).

     And as the machine is powered with 380V we were extra-careful; even so, I was a three times victim of electrical shock (a copper wire abraded and ill isolated and wet, an explosive combination).     Anyway, the cord was isolated because I feel like a 110 or 220V shock, that I am somehow well acquainted to.  My team co-worker had some ill fated contact as well, only in the machine not the wire.

      We had a deadline, so we had to give the risk a try; we managed finish the task without major incidents.   Soon we are going to ask a replacement of the wire or proper isolation of it.

        ============================

        Yesterday I read in a local newspaper (A Tribuna do Norte) that the bus fares would be decreased in 5 cents today; wow! such a nice surprise.

          But, in reality, I think they were early in the April´s fool prank, they must joked in advance;  for when I got into the bus the fare was 1,75 R$.  When I  asked why the decreasing didn´t take effect the guy showed a preliminary order where the company was granted to continue charging 1,75 R$.      Kiss 5 cents bye, for the time being.

=====================================

         I also saw in cable TV that the authorities and the water service company (CAERN) are studying and discussing how to make a submarine emissary in Natal.

         Funny enough; I have seen nobody (from the streets, the average joe) in the plenary sitting panel; only the technicians and politicians (a few to be precise, less than necessary to a so important city affair).

          However, there is a reason to this fact; the project was not divulged in any of mainstream midia in here (maybe into some paper, in the corner of some obscure page in 4-size type letters (or smaller than that).   And the average population have not cable TV, they have to watch soap operas and others diversions.
