Quando for grande, talvez vire o instrutor de educacao fisica. 

You would expect to hear "a" or "the" before "P.E. teacher". 
to be a P.E. teacher = um instrutor de educacao fisica
to be the P.E. teacher = o instrutor de educacao fisica
