Poderiam por gentileza corrigir o texto de um simples iniciante?

We have ever seen a lot of  C.E.O’s that they know everything about their business but in their companies, they have made his emplyees a full.
It definitely cannot happen because, if you want powered employees you have to think  them. See that, many times ago an employer called a headhunter and he said:
- I am looking for blue-collar worker to hire, but I am not going to pay him well.
The headhunter answered:
-Why?
The Employer:
-He isn’t  important.
In fact,This employer isn’t  ready to lead.
