     This discussion is just like me, based in the sense, not taking the stuff literally.

     Context is everything, so might have more and more expressions to give us the concept of 'prova dos nove' as we say all over Brazil.

      As for the Math stuff, I have never ever seen the English tables book (a tabuada em inglês), but I have seen this 'prova dos nove' calculation since my childhood days.

      However, don´t worry about my last paragraph, you certainly won´t hear much about that, maybe one or other math maniac like me...privilege of being a EMB reader, spread the word...he he.
