Wauber, how've the Bawdawcaw climate and the Bawdawcaw'ers themselves treated you lately? Talk about dams, this goes back to 1992-1993. I used to type engineering reports all having to do with or somehow concerning dam building in the arid and semi-arid backlands of Pernambuco, Paraíba and North Great River. At one given instance and all of a sudden, all five of my bosses came into a big sum of money they conjointly received from the Government of North Great River for reports favoring the building of dams otherwise left unbuilt. With the money they bought many toys from brand-new cars to high-rise apartment bldgs. How did they make so much money in a single instance? Hint! Hint! Hint! Corruption & bribery & off-bid readjustments made them make it. Don't let the dry lands dry so fast. Rain on them! |
