Dear "forum mates", could you tell me how to translate some Portuguese words into English? - "acomodado" - someone who isn´t willing to fight for anything, as he gets used to the situations. For example: (a simple situation)- I lost my pen, and a friend lent me hers. So, I "acomodei" and didn´t even try to find mine or buy another one. - "camarote" - at a party or concert, or even in the Carnival parade. - palmito - queimada/queimado, that ball game that students like to play at school. Thanks. |
