So, you have to take into account the age of the audience, hence my knowing by gut

instinct that it hasn´t to do engineering etc. but had to do body modification, punk style, piercing, youth and so on. 

    On the other hand, if I were a teacher; I would return the gift.  That is, I would suggest to my students to run a search on the subject and present what they had next class.  Prefferably with a composition of they, themselves.  You all, would have lots of fun.

    Or would bring some photoes from Google Image, and incentive them to talk about it, would be a God-given opportunity to assess their English skills as whole.
