        "Turn out the light'', I am 99% percent sure, means "shut the light off" or "switch it off" as in the definition at http://www.thefreedictionary.com/turn+out 

 

"cause to stop operating by disengaging a switch"

 

 

"Pink it was love at first sight, yea
Pink when I turn out the light, and
Pink gets me high as a kite"

 

 

  The choice of words there (being music) is more for musical (and rhyme) effect than

for meaning in itself.
