I listened to the English spoken on the video and to me it does sound like " airplane or airport  English " in Brazil.

I didn't pay attention as to which organization produced or sponsored the video, but my suggestion for the producers is hire a native speaker of American English to perform the narration.

Curitiba has run a few videos like that one over a decade ago and that's exactly what they did, they had a native speaker narrate the videos.
